Ripe Health LLC ("Ripe," "we," "us") runs ripe.care. Ripe hasn't launched yet. Right now this site does one thing: it lets you join our waitlist. This policy explains what we collect when you do that and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address and ZIP code when you join the waitlist.
- Signup context: which form you used, the page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, from our Instagram).
- Standard server logs: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, to operate and secure the site.
We don't ask for health information on this site, and we don't currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To email you when Ripe becomes available in your area, and occasionally with important updates about our launch.
- To understand where demand is so we can decide where to launch first.
- To keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We use a small number of service providers to run the site and store waitlist signups, currently Vercel (hosting), Google (storing signups in Google Workspace, and serving the fonts on this site). They process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger or sale of the company, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until we launch in your area and for a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@ripe.care. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we'll honor those requests.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including restricting access to our waitlist to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
When Ripe launches its booking service, this policy will change significantly, and we'll update this page and the date above. If a change affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll let you know by email.
